The proprietor of Retep’s Relics and secretly guildmaster of the Darkeyes, the thieves’ guild of Eastdale/Middenmark. He deals in antiquities and precious-metal objects, but his shop fronts for the underground network that profits from the Red Laws by moving alcohol, gambling, prostitution, and discreet passage through the sewers.

Mordicar Justhand is no fool, nor is his spy network ineffectual. He knows of this black market and directs considerable resources toward finding its mastermind.
